NEET-MDS 2024 will serve as the sole entrance examination for admission to MDS courses for the academic session 2024-25. This encompasses:

  3. Private Dental Colleges, Institutions & Universities: Opportunities across various private institutions.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for NEET-MDS 2024, candidates must fulfil the following criteria:

  • Possess a recognized Bachelor in Dental Surgery degree.

  • Be registered with the State Dental Council.

  • Have completed a compulsory rotatory internship of one year in an approved dental college by 31st March 2024.

Candidates in the final year of their BDS program undergoing internship/practical training can also apply, provided they complete their internship by the specified cutoff date.

Examination Details

  • Syllabus: The examination syllabus aligns with BDS standards, covering subjects taught during the BDS course.

  • Question Format: The exam consists of 240 Multiple Choice Questions in English.

  • Duration: Candidates have 3 hours to complete the examination.

  • Negative Marking: There is a 25% negative marking for incorrect answers, while no marks are deducted for unattempted questions.
