Fresh Applications Open for BDS/MBBS 2nd Round Admission Counselling in Himachal Pradesh
Atal Medical and Research University in Himachal Pradesh has announced news for aspiring medical students – the commencement of the 2nd round of Admission Counselling for BDS and MBBS courses in 2023. Candidates who did not avail themselves of the opportunity to apply during the 1st round of counselling are now afforded the chance to submit their applications for the 2nd round of counselling. Candidates belonging to any state can apply for Counselling.

Schedule for filling up fresh online counselling form: August 13, 2023, to August 16, 2023
2nd Round Provisional Merit list announcement: August 18, 2023
2nd Round Final Merit list announcement: August 21, 2023
Filling of choices/preferences of course/colleges and quota for 2nd round counselling: August 22, 2023, to August 24, 2023
2nd Round Provisional Seat Allocation: August 26, 2023
2nd Round of Final Seat Allocation: August 30, 2023
Last date for joining allotted seats in 2nd round of counselling: September 01, 2023, to September 04, 2023
The Process: Visit the official website for BDS/MBBS 2nd Round Admission Counselling in Himachal Pradesh conducted by Atal Medical and Research University and register. However, candidates who have already registered during 1st round, need not apply fresh, they can participate with an already allotted user id and password.
Form Submission: From August 13 to August 16, 2023, candidates can submit their fresh online counselling forms, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
Token Fee: For participation in 2nd round of counselling candidates have to deposit a token fee of Rs. 50,000/- (token fee will be adjusted against fee after allotment)
Merit Lists: The university will release the 2nd Round Provisional Merit list on August 18, 2023. This list will provide insights into your ranking among other candidates.
Final Merit List: The 2nd Round Final Merit list will be released on August 21, 2023. This will confirm your eligibility for the counselling process.
Choice Filling: Between August 22 and August 24, 2023, candidates can choose their preferences for courses, colleges, and quotas based on their merit.
Seat Allocation: The 2nd Round Provisional Seat Allocation will be announced on August 26, 2023. This will indicate the seat you've been provisionally allotted.
Final Seat Allocation: On August 30, 2023, the final seat allocation will be revealed, giving you a clear picture of your college and course.
Joining Allotted Seats: Candidates have from September 01 to September 04, 2023, to accept the allotted seat and complete the joining formalities.
